President’s Bio
John W. Packer, CPA, founded Insight Partners in 2009 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to provide mission-driven organizations with a diverse set of professional services. His nearly 30 years of experience with large non-profit organizations and in public accounting equips him to help his clients assess, understand, and ultimately enhance their systems and processes so that they can deliver their mission in the most efficient and effective fashion.
Mr. Packer earned his BS, Accounting and MBA degrees from Penn State University and is a licensed certified public accountant by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the board of directors of WITF, Inc., serving on the Finance, Audit, and Government Relations Committees and Chair of Investment Committee. Additionally, he is a member of Rotary Club of Harrisburg.
